BASIC INFORMATION about the bungalow

The bungalow is in BENICARLÓ, province of CASTELLÓ, in SPAIN. In fact, it is very near from PEÑÍSCOLA, a CITY WITHIN THE SEA, very famous because of its PAPA LUNA CASTLE.

The bungalow is situated in a very peaceful and quiet housing state in the PAPA LUNA Avenue. This avenue starts in the MORRONGO beach, in Benicarló, and finishes at the very PAPA LUNA CASTLE in Peñíscola. There is also a bus lane in this avenue and it is very often used to walk by the seaside, along the seven kilometres-long beach connecting CARACOLA beach in Benicarló with the NORTH BEACH in Peñíscola.

The bungalow is composed by a ground floor and a first floor. There are three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and another one with a bunk bed) apart from the sofa bed placed in the living room (for two people).

The bungalow is 5 minutes walk far from the shops Mercadona, Lidl and Intermarché, all situated in the PAPA LUNA Avenue. You can go on foot there if you like.

It is already said that the bungalow is in a quiet housing state, and it has got a BUS STOP just in front of it. There is also a BUS STOP in front of MERCADONA, just in case you need to go by bus to do the shopping.

The sea is 50 metres far from the bungalow, which is just next to it. The beach is not sandy but a gravel one. You can enjoy the views of the seashore from the balcony (south side) or the bedroom windows (north side).

If you prefer a sand beach, you can go to the nearest one, called LA CARACOLA beach. It is 500 metres far from the bungalow, approximately. You can arrive there easily, walking by the PAPA LUNA Avenue or by the seashore.

In summer, you can use the shared swimming pool (open in July and August)

The bungalow is for a MAXIMUM of 8 PEOPLE, distributed in the bedrooms already explained above. WE APOLOGIZE WE CANNOT ACCEPT MORE THAN EIGHT PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The bungalow has got hot water everywhere (in the kitchen, in the toilet, in the bathroom). The kitchen is full equipped: cooker with oven, washing machine, fridge, micro oven with grill… and the usual utensils for cooking.

The living room / dining room: Here you will find the sofa bed (if needed, for two people) and two armchairs. There is also a colour television set with remote control.

The bungalow has got two private terraces where you can put the portable barbecue et the plastic table and chairs.

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED because of hygienic reasons. Our guests are NON-SMOKERS.
